Coaming

Things are moving right along now. Here we have the coaming being glued. It's not actually being glued to the coaming base - that will be done with screws. Here the top ring and the piece below are being glued together.

After painting the coaming, it is bolted into place. Next I will flush up the ends of the right and left halves of the coaming and varnish it again. The boat by the way, has been painted since the picture above was taken.

This is what the whole boat looks like now that it is painted and the coaming is on. It is ready to roll!
